We are teaming up with Tweed Escapes, Wollumbin Dreaming and Johnny Franco's Place to bring you a unique, conscious, cultural event. The Sunset Cruise will feature a welcome to country by traditional owners and a smoking ceremony before departing Tumbulgum.
Experience traditional flavours by enjoying three unique courses, infused with local bush food ingredients grown at Tropical Fruit World, by Chef Adam Housen of Johnny Franco’s, Murwillumbah.
There will be music, Buck’s Farm Native Finger Lime Beer, locally made Davidson Plum Wine and non-alcoholic gourmet drinks aLL included in the ticket price.

Middle Aged Spread
Join us for the “Middle Aged Spread” - a unique sunset cruise upriver where local comedians: Buster Kirby, Paul Mamone and John Peacock will share some stories about life in the middle.
We’ve teamed up with Australia’s #1 Alfresco Dining Experience - Blue Ginger Picnics. Your ticket includes an adult beverage on arrival, a handcrafted individual grazing platter to enjoy throughout the event and a take home dessert/gift bag. You are welcome to BYO additional drinks.
You will have the opportunity to work with one of the comedians to present your own funny story in the final performance, which will hopefully end in tears!

Heart Cooly
The Petri Dish - Breeding Culture is hosting a cultural art event in downtown Coolangatta to celebrate our 5 murals recently commissioned by Coolangatta Place Body Corporate. Heart Cooly will include music by local DJs, a live art battle, raffle, catered food, and much more. Please check out the flyer below and buy a ticket! Hope to see you all September 1st.
Before the ticketed event begins, there will be a free community event and kids art workshop. All community event proceeds and 10 percent of all raffle ticket sales will go to the Gold Coast and Tweed Surfrider Foundation. Come have some fun for a good cause!
